The Heritage Club
Where tradition is honored and preserved
Today, the hunter venturing into the outdoors with his gun in hand and his dog at his heels, follows an ancient and respected tradition with its roots deep in the very beginning of our evolution. We should all acknowledge with gratitude the hunting skills of our ancestors. Had they not been successful hunters we would not be here. The desire to hunt, even when hunting may no longer be essential to survival, is a natural drive and, ethically pursued, an honorable activity, a segment of a heritage to be preserved. We are proud to continue that heritage.
Dating back to Theodore Roosevelt, hunters have been the pillar of conservation in America, doing more than anyone to conserve wildlife and its habitat. The Heritage Club was created in late 2012 to establish an exclusive group of outdoor enthusiasts that will help promote and perpetuate Tennessee's outdoor sporting heritage. Individuals donate an annual monetary investment that will facilitate the long-term growth and sustainability of hunting and fishing. Donors have the distinct satisfaction and peace of mind of knowing that our beloved outdoor heritage will continue for countless generations.
If you value your Tennessee hunting and fishing heritage, and are interested in supporting the conservation and stewardship of our wildlife and natural resources, we invite you to become a TWRF Heritage Club Donor. Your donation will support youth hunting and fishing programs like Hunter Education, Young Guns Special Needs Youth Hunt, Tennessee Outdoors Youth Summit, National Archery in the Schools Program and the Tennessee Scholastic Action Shooting Program. We also assist with outdoor events for Wounded Soldiers and Honored American Veterans Afield, Memorial Funds, and programs like Becoming an Outdoors Woman.
Heritage Club donation is $2500 per year.
